1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ClashOTB, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Use of Service

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Comply with fair play and community standards

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are securely processed through Paystack. Tournament entries and event payments are non-refundable except in cases of official event cancellations.
Future premium features and club subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, and code belong to OVER THE BOARD DIGITAL (PTY) LTD or its licensors.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for losses resulting from downtime, user disputes, or event cancellations beyond our control.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be addressed to support@otbdigital.co.za.
If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of South Africa and handled in Gauteng jurisdiction.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms without notice.

8. Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of changes.
